Job Summary
The Jack's Cafe Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, sales performance and customer loyalty. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role manages campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring activities are commercially effective, delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage campaign planning, execution, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Analyse customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
• Support new product launches, promotional activity and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, budgets and governance requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Essential
• Experience in marketing or campaign management.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable
• Experience in QSR, retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and customer loyalty programs.
