About the team and office
Join our high-performing, passionate team dedicated to delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Our office is based in Sydney, just a 5-minute walk from Town Hall Station, but we’re open to applications from both Sydney and Melbourne. To support work-life balance, we’re currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, meaning you’ll enjoy every second Friday off to relax, recharge, and return refreshed!
A day in the life?
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at SCA, you'll be at the forefront of creating and executing impactful campaigns that resonate with our Corporate, Trade, and Consumer audiences. You'll work closely with the team to align each campaign with our brand and marketing objectives, ensuring we elevate SCA as Australia’s premier audio destination. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving meaningful results and growing the business, making a tangible impact across the board.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing
- Experience building and executing multiple, simultaneous effective marketing campaigns
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements to marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage and work within cross-functional marketing and creative team, and wider corporate stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in subjects related to marketing or advertising are preferred
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications, in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Persuasive and credible presentation skills
- Existing relationships and professional network within media, news, and industry relevant fields
