Campaign Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to plan and deliver some of Lifeblood's most important marketing initiatives. From launching new donor centres to driving strategic donor growth programs and business-critical projects, you'll lead a team of campaign specialists to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that connect more Australians with our mission to collect life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll bring together insights, stakeholders, agencies and channels to create meaningful impact at a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to support donor growth projects for strategically important audiences and specialised initiatives
  • Develop go-to-market plans to launch new donor centres across Australia through coordinated pre-launch, launch and post-launch campaigns
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Drive audience targeting, segmentation and campaign optimisation
  • Own campaign outcomes, success measures and post-campaign learnings
  • Deliver campaign reporting and translate insights and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other Campaign Managers to prioritise and deliver an aligned marketing program

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution
  • Campaign strategy experience; you’ve proactively solved real business problems end-to-end and developed go-to-market plans for complex projects, programs or launches
  • Proven go-to-market experience across multi-channel campaigns (ATL + digital)
  • Ability to translate insights into clear campaign direction and decisions
  • Experience managing media, creative and research agencies
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and performance metrics
  • Confidence working in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing team members
  • A hands-on, accountable approach - you own the planning, analysis and outcomes, not just activity
