The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most influential creative roles in Australian fashion retail. As Campaign Manager, you are the strategic and creative engine behind every campaign. You translate the Founder's creative vision across the entire marketing function - ensuring every campaign, channel, and piece of copy reflects the story, emotion, and purpose behind it. You think like a strategist, create like a storyteller, and deliver like a producer. You're equally at home presenting at C-suite level as you are rolling up your sleeves to bring a campaign to life across every touchpoint — including how the brand shows up and speaks on social. If you've worked in elevated brand environments and always felt like there was more in you than the brief allowed - this is your brief.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the Founder and Head of Design to develop campaign strategies and creative concepts - presenting direction for approval and protecting brand alignment at every stage.
- Translate an approved creative vision into clear strategy, messaging, and channel plans across social, email, web, retail, PR, and paid media.
- Own the social media creative strategy - defining the narrative, tone, and content direction across all platforms, and briefing the social team to execute with precision.
- Own all campaign copywriting and tone of voice across the business from taglines and product descriptions to emails and retail signage.
- Lead three core campaign types: Bi-Monthly Collection, Category Growth, and Product-Specific campaigns, end to end.
- Brief and coordinate creative teams across photography, videography, and design and manage production timelines with the precision of someone who's done it before.
- Collaborate across marketing, retail, and e-commerce to ensure seamless, consistent campaign execution online and in-store.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise live activity, and share post-campaign insights to inform future collections.
- Bring market trends, cultural intelligence, and customer behaviour into every campaign not as an afterthought, but as the foundation.
Social Media - Your Strategic Fingerprint
Social is where this brand's story lives in real time and this role owns the strategy behind it. You won't be posting. You'll be directing. You'll define how Lorna Jane shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond setting the creative direction, shaping the content narrative, and briefing the social team to bring it to life with consistency and cultural relevance. You understand what makes a brand feel unmistakable on social. You know how to translate a campaign idea into a platform-native story without losing the elevation. And you know the difference between content that performs and content that means something.

About You
- Senior experience in creative strategy, campaign leadership, and end-to-end production - fashion, beauty, or lifestyle background at an elevated level.
- You've worked close to a founder or creative director and know how to take a vision and make it real without losing the original intention.
- An exceptional copywriter and storyteller with a portfolio demonstrating emotive, elevated brand work.
- A confident social media strategist - you know how to set creative direction for social and brief a team to execute it at the highest level.
- Naturally personable and approachable - stakeholders open up to you, leaders want you in the room, and people feel they can have honest conversations with you.
- Confident presenting to and partnering with founders, creative directors, and C-suite leaders.
- Skilled at leading multi-channel campaigns across social, email/CRM, retail, PR, and paid media.
- A strong project leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-campaign environments and who doesn't stop when the brief is hard or the creative block hits.
