Brand Partnerships Manager

About the role
We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our vibrant team, based in Cremorne and take the lead on fostering brilliant relationships with both our amazing clients and internal teams. This role is all about seeing your collaborative efforts come to life across every platform Mamamia touches-from podcasts and video to social and written articles. You won't just be managing campaigns; you'll be driving revenue growth , ensuring strong ROI for our partners , and nurturing long-term relationships that lead to clients wanting to 'Go-Again'. Plus, you'll be a leader, helping to train and develop a small, dedicated team of Executives. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- Project manage high-value branded content partnerships across all Mamamia platforms (social, podcast, video, written, events, etc.).
 - Lead and strategically manage a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and driving retention and growth.
 - Effectively plan Critical Paths and orchestrate stakeholders (sales, strategy, editorial) to ensure lead times and live dates are met.
 - Monitor and report on live campaigns, making optimisations when required, and sharing meaningful insights and learnings with clients.
 - Cultivate and implement influencer client plans, including providing strategic talent recommendations that align with client objectives.
 - Act as the conduit between sales and editorial to deliver engaging branded content that achieves clients' marketing objectives.
 - Manage a small team of Executives, Coordinators, and Assistants , acting as a positive role model and providing training, development, and support.
 - Serve as the primary escalation point for key client challenges, protecting client relationships and business interests with strong problem-solving skills.
 
Now, a bit about you
- You have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role , with a strong track record in managing and implementing integrated digital campaigns.
 - You're an exceptional communicator , comfortable presenting at client WIPs and confidently speaking with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.
 - You possess stellar organisation, attention to detail and time management skills , allowing you to balance competing deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
 - You're goal-oriented and solution-focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives and always looking for opportunities for clients to 'Go-Again'.
 - You have experience managing a small team or a passion for leading and mentoring, ready to act as a sound board and positive role model.
 - You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment but is also capable of achieving results working independently.
 - Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or a relevant field are a bonus, along with proficiency in project management tools like Monday, WordPress, or Mailchimp.
