Brand Marketing & Content Intern

What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in managing Cartrack’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging content that showcases customer success stories, product innovations, industry insights, and company culture.
- Develop social media calendars and schedule content across platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while identifying opportunities to grow audience interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
Short-Form Video Production
- Take ownership of planning, filming, and editing short-form video content for LinkedIn and Instagram Reels.
- Support video shoots at customer sites, industry events, and internal activities.
- Create product demonstrations, thought leadership snippets, event recaps, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design video thumbnails, captions, subtitles, and supporting creative assets.
- Work with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Support the creation of blog articles, case studies, and website content.
- Research industry trends across fleet management, logistics, transport, AI, telematics, sustainability, and operational intelligence.
- Assist in developing content that supports SEO and lead-generation objectives.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify content opportunities.
Events & Partnerships
- Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, vendor communications, and post-event reporting.
- Support partnership initiatives with industry associations, media partners, technology providers, and strategic collaborators.
- Help develop event materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales and regional marketing teams on campaign initiatives.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Assist with marketing administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and social media.
- Comfortable filming videos and occasionally appearing on camera.
- Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Canva and content creation tools.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and visual content.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, logistics, fleet management, AI, mobility, or B2B marketing is a plus.
