The role will be based in Hong Kong with the expectation of a hybrid work model.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on strategic marketing plans supporting the Asia institutional and intermediary channels, including institutional investors, private banks, insurance, wealth managers, financial advisors and more.
• Manage integrated campaigns and events (both physical and digital) designed to generate awareness, engage clients and generate leads in relation to the firm’s brand and investment capabilities in the region.
• Oversee the local funds literature hierarchy and the development of thought leadership as well as product materials to support marketing and sales needs; collaborate with external writers, subject matter experts and other global colleagues to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage award submissions promoting the firm, asset class capabilities and products.
• Support Chinese language translation and materials required for the successful execution of local initiatives.
• Measure, record and report the impact and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and activities; use learnings to inform future strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on the successful execution of global projects.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of solid experience in asset management or related financial marketing for the Asian region.
• Proven ability and skill to implement across marketing channels including but not limited to advertising, events, content development and other promotional activities.
• Strong, collaborative team player who is highly efficient and creative while being able to work independently.
• Excellent project management with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of asset management industry, portfolio management concepts and products across different asset classes.
• Experience in Hong Kong and Singapore markets, and good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin and Simplified Chinese would be an advantage).
• Ability to manage and interact effectively with cross-cultural teams across different levels of seniority.
• Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• General knowledge of the creative production process, graphic design, printing and web.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Instances of Fraudulent Job Offers

It has recently been brought to our attention that there have been instances of fraudulent job offers, purporting to be from PineBridge Investments or its affiliate companies. The individuals or organizations sending these false employment offers may pose as a PineBridge recruiter or human resources representative and request personal information, purchasing of equipment or funds to further the recruitment process. They may even provide documentation in furtherance of their fraudulent attempts.

How to Identify if the Offer Received Was Made by PineBridge:

• PineBridge applicants are required to apply via our official company and affiliate country websites (career site or campus site). Any request to apply to a job that does not lead back to one of these sites is likely to be fraudulent.
• Hiring process related travel will be booked through our travel agency at our expense and at our direction. If you are being asked to pay to book travel as a part of an interview process, it is likely to be fraudulent.
• PineBridge only utilizes PineBridge.com domains for email accounts (example@PineBridge.com). Any contact by an email that does not use exactly that domain is likely fraudulent.
• During the selection process we will require one or more interviews that are conducted either face-to-face or virtually with employees of the company. Any offer of employment that is unsolicited or does not involve an interview process is likely fraudulent.
• PineBridge does not ask the applicant for information related to bank accounts, credit cards, or other financial accounts prior to a signed, official offer letter of employment. If you are being asked for this information earlier in the process, it is likely a fraudulent request.

How to Report a Fraudulent Offer:

You may report any such behavior via recruiting@pinebridge.com. If you have been defrauded or suspect identify theft as a result of an employment scam, please contact your local law enforcement agency for guidance.
