Responsibilities
As the Delivery Lead for Email Assistant & GenAI Solutions, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of the Email Assistant platform, encompassing core capability builds, system enhancements, and the integration of cutting-edge Agentic and Generative AI features.
You will be responsible for new use case onboarding, workflow integrations, and developing intelligent email classification and auto-reply functionalities to optimize operational efficiency and enhance user experience.

Email Assistant Platform Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Email Assistant, actively building and implementing its core capabilities, developing new features, and driving continuous enhancements. Spearhead the foundational development of the Email Assistant, establishing its architecture and executing the implementation of new functionalities based on business requirements and technological advancements.

Workflow Integration & New Use Case Onboarding
Strategize, execute, and directly implement the integration of the Email Assistant with IBPM workflows to facilitate seamless onboarding of new use cases. Manage and actively contribute to the full project lifecycle for new use case onboarding, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through hands-on development, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring smooth adoption and operation. Design, develop, and implement efficient workflow integrations for email fulfillment processes, focusing on automating responses and task assignments to optimize operational efficiency.

AI-Powered Capabilities, Prompt Engineering & GenAI Governance
Drive, implement, and integrate Agentic and Generative AI features within the Email Assistant to enhance automation, intelligence, and overall user experience. Develop and build use-case-specific Generative AI Email Smart Classification capabilities, enabling intelligent categorization and routing of emails. Lead, develop, and deploy advanced Email Auto-reply capabilities, leveraging AI to generate relevant and personalized responses. Design, optimize, and actively manage prompts for GenAI models to achieve desired outputs for email classification, summarization, and auto-reply. Conduct iterative prompt testing and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance prompt effectiveness and GenAI model accuracy, while ensuring adherence to governance and approval processes for all GenAI implementations.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership & Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end technical delivery of complex platforms, particularly with hands-on experience in building and implementing core capabilities and new features for systems like an Email Assistant.
- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Ability to manage and actively contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through hands-on development, deployment, and post-implementation support for new features and use cases.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: A proactive approach to identifying and solving complex technical challenges, with a commitment to continuous improvement and driving innovation in digital transformation initiatives.
- Workflow Integration & Automation Acumen: Solid background in strategizing, executing, and directly implementing workflow integrations, especially with platforms like IBPM, and designing automated solutions for email fulfillment processes.
- Strong AI/GenAI Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing, building, and integrating Agentic and Generative AI features, including expertise in GenAI Email Smart Classification, Auto-reply capabilities, and prompt engineering.
- Governance & Compliance Mindset: Understanding and adherence to governance and approval processes for GenAI implementations, with experience in iterative testing and feedback integration to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
