WE HAVE AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Audience Engagement Coordinator to join our Pyrmont-based team in a 12-month permanent part time (20 hours/week) contract until September 2025. You must have a full driver's licence to be considered for this role.

Reporting to the Project Manager of Audience Engagement, you will be responsible for seamlessly executing those daily tasks to assist the Project Manager of Audience (Street Team and Workday) including Street team rostering and coordination, partnerships, and Workday activity administrative tasks. Our Audience Engagement team can be best described as outgoing, passionate about creating amazing experiences for our listeners, absolutely keen to celebrate team successes and may be partial to a bit of reality tv banter.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Administrative tasks to support the implementation of activations and events under the guidance of the Project Manager including (but not limited to) permit applications and risk assessments, run sheets, creative briefs & prize sourcing
  • Administrative tasks to support the implementation of Workday activity including promotions (station and client led) and concert activity including contest sheets, ensuring commitments are delivered, digital and social briefs, post campaign requirements & prize fulfilment including Audata
  • Assist in management of street team merchandise and signage including stocktake levels, as well as maintaining and reorganizing storage facilities
  • Day to day administrative tasks to assist Audience Engagement as set by Manager
