About the Role

As Associate Director, Digital Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership
of the University's digital project portfolio, ensuring technology initiatives
are aligned with organisational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will oversee project, program and
portfolio management, drive digital transformation initiatives, strengthen
delivery capability, and provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders. This
role is central to shaping the University's digital future, with accountability
for delivery performance, governance, risk management, and the adoption of
emerging technologies, including AI.

About the Team

Digital Services is the University's central technology and information
management function, delivering the platforms, infrastructure and digital
capabilities that support teaching, research and business operations. The
Digital Delivery team works in partnership with stakeholders across the
University to lead complex digital initiatives, improve services and enable
innovation. The team brings together project, program and portfolio management
expertise and partners closely with architecture, cybersecurity, operations and
business leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes for the University community.

What You will Bring

• Experience leading large-scale digital projects, programs and portfolios.
• Strong leadership capability with a history of building and developing
  high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including
  experience collaborating with executive leaders.
• Demonstrated success delivering digital transformation and organisational
  change initiatives.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, financial oversight and vendor
  management.
• Experience embedding contemporary delivery practices and driving continuous
  improvement.
• A collaborative leadership style focused on partnership, accountability and
  outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, business,
  management or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional
  experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or Agile will be highly
  regarded.
• Experience working within large, complex or highly regulated environments.
