Associate Director, Agency Transformation and Strategy

Job Description:

The Associate Director of Agency Transformation and Strategy will be responsible for supporting and executing the strategic initiatives focused on optimizing the agency distribution model and enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the agency workforce.

This role will work closely with Head of Agency Transformation and Strategy, agency management, and cross-functional teams to craft and drive effective strategies to implement various agency programme, including recruiting high-potential individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations, nurturing their growth, and guiding them toward building successful and sustainable careers as financial entrepreneurs.

Qualifications and Experience:

8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in agency distribution and transformation initiatives. Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale development programme or initiatives. Deep understanding of agency management and experienced in utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making, assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership qualities to drive initiatives independently and lead cross-functional projects. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Relevant educational background in business, technology, or a related field.
