Qualifications and Experience:

8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in agency distribution and transformation initiatives. Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale development programme or initiatives. Deep understanding of agency management and experienced in utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making, assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Leadership qualities to drive initiatives independently and lead cross-functional projects. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Relevant educational background in business, technology, or a related field.
