Your role:
- Analyzes the consumer experience journey across categories to identify key triggers and barriers, helping to inform the marketing objectives and required behavior shifts to meet business goals.
- Collaborates with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communications teams to design and maintain consumer-centric propositions, ensuring that new product launches and innovations align with market needs and deliver superior value.
- Supports the creation and localization of the global integrated innovation and communication roadmap, adapting it to local market dynamics, ensuring alignment with local consumer insights, competitive landscape, and media/channel strategies.
- Consults with insights teams to gather and present local consumer, market, and competitor insights to the global team, ensuring that these are leveraged for effective product innovation and business growth.
- Monitors and ensures the consistent execution of the Consumer Experience Journey across all touchpoints, ensuring that execution aligns with the category’s brand positioning and visual identity across both global and local markets.
- Assists in developing inputs for the strategic plan of records (SPOR) and works with ISC counterparts to prepare accurate forecasting for key initiatives and product rollouts.
- Evaluates in-market performance through the analysis of category growth, market share, and brand strength metrics, collaborating with analytics and media teams to refine and optimize marketing strategies based on these results.
- Supports the adoption and adaptation of the global marketing plan into a locally relevant strategy, ensuring the delivery of localized content and initiatives that meet market-specific needs, including supplementing global content where necessary.
- Ensures timely, financially viable, and consumer-qualified delivery of critical business initiatives, working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to maintain alignment across departments.
- Assists in developing and executing a rolling regional business plan, managing A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend to support ongoing business growth and new commercial innovations.
- Collaborates with the sales team to ensure proper channelization and placement of the appropriate product portfolio, advising on pricing and promotional plans to drive market penetration and growth.
- Participates in the development of shopper marketing plans with relevant teams, ensuring the successful launch of new propositions that are in line with consumer expectations and market conditions.

- 3 years above brand marketing or EC marketing experience
- Familiar with ec channels
- Bachelor above
