Assistant Manager (B2C Marketing)
What the role is
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2C marketing professional to support and grow demand generation and enrolment growth for our Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of consumer-facing campaigns that engage adult learners at different career stages, whether upskilling, reskilling, or transitioning careers. You will translate insights into clear, compelling marketing strategies that drive action across digital channels and learner touchpoints. You will be part of a team that supports individuals in upskilling and lifelong learning, while contributing to a broader national agenda in workforce and skills development.
What you will be working on
- Integrated Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end B2C marketing campaigns across digital, content, and engagement channels
- Translate programme offerings into clear, learner-centric value propositions and messaging strategies
- Work closely with creative and media agencies, providing direction, feedback, and coordination to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Ensure alignment and consistency across channels to support engagement, leads, and application outcomes
- Guide content development to ensure clarity, relevance, and credibility for adult learners
- Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Support and deliver engagement initiatives such as events, storytelling formats, and networking sessions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with programme objectives
- Build effective working relationships to strengthen participation, advocacy, and learner engagement
- Performance, Insights & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance across engagement, leads, and enrolments
- Analyse data and insights to inform campaign improvements and messaging refinements
- Apply testing and optimisation approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion outcomes
- Contribute insights and recommendations to support review discussions and planning
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, or community engagement
- Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns, including coordination with creative and/or media agencies
- Strong storytelling and content development skills across digital platforms
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical improvements
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
