Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Specialize in the development and Martech strategy to lead the optimization, integration, and innovation of our digital platforms and marketing technology (Martech) stack. This role will ensure seamless alignment between our technology infrastructure, marketing strategies, and business objectives in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and maximize ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Martech & Platform Management: Responsible for Overall Planning of IDP Eco Related Data and System Architecture. Evaluate, recommend, implement, and optimize tools (e.g., sCRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools). Ensure integration of Martech with sales, customer support, and healthcare platforms.
  • Data & Compliance: Oversee data governance to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA). Build dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to align Martech strategies with organizational goals. Advise leadership on technology investments to support scalability and innovation.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows for lead generation, customer journey mapping, and personalization. Conduct audits to identify gaps and opportunities for automation or tool consolidation. Stay updated on healthcare tech trends (e.g., AI/ML, telehealth advancements) and recommend adoption. Present insights into driving data-driven decision-making across departments.

KEY SKILLS

Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, omnichannel transformation, go-to-market optimization, or a related field. Proficiency in sCRM, marketing automation, analytics, and healthcare platforms. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and establishing an agile, customer-centric operating model. Demonstrated ability to network in the digital community regionally and globally. Proven track record of collaborating with digital, data privacy, HIPAA, cybersecurity, analytics, and/or technology organizations to deliver successful solutions. Highly motivated, decisive, and result-oriented individuals with flexibility and creativity to excel in a rapidly growing and changing environment. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. Agile work style to tackle market/news dynamics. Aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the healthcare, preferably Pharma or MedTech industry. Advanced understanding of the omnichannel, analytics space, and segmentation/audience development for use in testing and personalization. Strong experience connecting digital data and online experiences to offline behaviors. Hands-on experience with omnichannel technologies such as sCRM, marketing automation and modular content. Strong track record of working collaboratively across functions and markets in a high matrix working environment.
