Job Description
Role Purpose
This role supports the marketing team by managing a practical Martech set-up for effective and trackable digital campaigns. Focused on improving campaign and event performance, the role helps make data and tools easier to use in daily marketing work, and supports the team in improving targeting, content, and channel performance. This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with campaign, data, and IT teams to support day-to-day campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Martech Setup & Marketing Capability Enablement
Manage core marketing tools (e.g., sCRM, campaign tracking, automation platforms)
Ensure systems are stable, connected, and easy to use for marketing teams
Support campaign setup, tagging, and audience segmentation
Help build a reliable data foundation for campaign tracking and performance analysis - Campaign / Event Tracking, Reporting & Insights
Own campaign tracking setup to ensure accurate data capture across traffic, engagement, and leads
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports (weekly / monthly)
Work with MI&A to translate data into clear insights
Support improvements in targeting, content, and channel performance - Campaign Optimization & Conversion Improvement
Use campaign data to support ongoing optimization
Evaluate performance across targeting, channels, and content
Identify what is working and where improvements are needed
Help improve campaign quality, lead quality, and overall conversion - System Connectivity & Data Flow
Ensure smooth data flow between Martech tools, sales systems, and business platforms
Identify data gaps or tracking issues and improve step by step
Support building a clearer link from engagement to conversion - Workflow & Efficiency
Reduce manual work through better use of tools and simple automation
Support clear and repeatable campaign workflows
Improve execution speed and consistency across campaigns - Data Governance & Compliance Standardization
Ensure data tracking and tool usage meet company and regulatory requirements
Maintain clear standards for tagging, tracking, and data usage
Work with RA and IT teams to ensure compliant operations
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, Martech, or marketing analytics
- Solid understanding of end-to-end digital marketing campaign lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with sCRM, campaign tracking, and analytics tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across marketing, IT, and data teams
- Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other medical industries is a plus
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., for content generation, data analysis, or marketing automation) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
