Primary Job Function:

The Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies across Abbott Nutrition’s portfolio, helping drive growth, HCP engagement, and consumer demand. This role plays a key part in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer channels including instore activation, asset development, conferences & monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures, and competitive reviews).

Major Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand plans for products such as Ensure, PediaSure and Glucerna.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across HCP, digital, retail and events.
  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, digital) to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Create, adapt, and manage marketing content and assets across multiple platforms, including sales materials, detailing aids, and promotional content.
  • Support initiatives targeting GPs, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with planning and execution of medical education events and conferences.
  • Analyse brand performance, campaign effectiveness and market trends.
  • Track KPIs including HCP engagement, lead generation, and sales performance.
  • Understand shopper and consumer needs, conducting financial evaluations, and ensuring supply availability.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
High learning agility, adaptability, and comfort with complexity and ambiguity.
Excellent project management, presentation, and business writing skills.
Analytical mindset, with strong logical thinking, including experience with scan data and consumer research.
