About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving agency engagement and ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Education to Reinforce Service Standards
  • Coordinate with Business Training & Development Department to Design core & elective training content
  • Arrange F2F workshop and virtual classes for local and MCV markets
  • Develop toolkit for serve to sales journey
  • Promotion, Campaigns & Contests
  • Collaborate with campaign team to Organize thematic workshops & seminars
  • Promote success stories of Leads Generation
  • Implement recognition program for successful DDs/Leaders/Agents
  • Initiate seasonal contests e.g., digital tool adoption leaderboard
  • Agency Communication & Alignment
  • Work with Agency Business Development Departments to Identify and engage target districts
  • Involve in district visit to drive agency communication and alignment
  • Change Management Ambassador
  • Work with family head and district directors to Involve in district visit to drive agency communication and alignment

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate plus 5-8 years relevant experience
  • Strong administration and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and cooperate with different parties
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Detailed mind and good at time management
  • PC skills in Office Operating software (especially in AI Tools, Microsoft Excel and Power-point)
  • Proficient in English and Chinese writing
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
