About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Account Manager who thrives in business development, loves building relationships, and is driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Actively building your own client base from the ground up through prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with tailored presentations and proactive, client-focused selling.
• Managing and growing a portfolio of Agency and Direct clients by identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on smart solutions.
• Building strong relationships, staying across SCA products, and executing clear plans to meet revenue goals.

What you’ll need:  

• Outstanding communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage and influence.
• Experience identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions - ideally within media, advertising, or a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong negotiation skills, focused on delivering value for both clients and the business.
• A true business-development mindset - persistence, self-motivation, ambition, and a goal-getter attitude are essential as you build your portfolio from scratch.
