About the role:
We’re currently on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our high performing Rockhampton Sales team. This is an opportunity to work for Central Queensland's #1 & #2 Most Listened to Stations, selling tailored radio and TV advertisement solutions to our clients through our radio assets and affiliation with Channel 10.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maximise revenue potential by providing multi-platform advertising solutions to customers, through the implementation of customer focused selling.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Identifying client's marketing challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create advertisement solutions for clients
- Proactively prospecting and searching for new clients and business opportunities.
Experience we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Passion for media and all things sales is a plus!
