Job Description

Nine Brisbane is seeking an Account Executive to join the TV team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group!

The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.

Day to day you will:

  • Book advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
  • Communicate with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
  • Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email and complete data entry

Qualifications

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone & email) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills required
  • Microsoft PowerPoint skills (highly desirable)
