Account Executive
We are seeking a passionate, curious, and analytical Media Co-ordinator who is ready to grow into a hybrid media planner buyer.

An Account Executive is a crucial role within the Account Team and the wider agency. Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the Account Executive supports the team across a variety of tasks - digital and traditional media planning and buying, maintaining a strong relationship with clients and media partners, and acting as the conduit between our clients and the wider agency team. This role is a hybrid role, with the ideal candidate having past media buying experience across digital and/or traditional media channels.

THE 5 MUST-HAVES
- A Curious Mindset: Always asking questions and eager to understand both digital and traditional channels, and willing to dig deeper into campaign data or outcomes.
- Strong Foundational Media Knowledge: Understanding of how different media channels (TV, Radio, OOH, programmatic display and video, social, search) work in isolation and together to achieve client objectives.
- Detail-oriented and organised: Capable of managing multiple campaigns, client requests, and internal deadlines across several channels and client patches.
- Numbers Savvy: Comfortable with data and able to calculate basic media math (CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc)
- Strong Communicator: Able to clearly and confidently communicate with all internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner.
ROLE OF THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Support the Senior Account Manager and wider team on campaign planning, buying, and performance tracking across paid media channels (both digital and traditional).
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in the end-to-end delivery of digital and traditional media activations - from receiving initial briefing, helping shape campaign strategies and media plans, briefing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, budget and performance monitoring, and end-of-campaign reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, media partner,s and suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Accurately loading media bookings into our finance system each month to ensure that invoices are issued to our clients correctly and in a timely manner.
- Presenting insights and new initiatives to clients during weekly WIPs and quarterly performance reviews that align with their media objectives.
- Taking charge of delivering daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements and writing informative, actionable insights to support the data.
- Creating bespoke audiences and pulling media consumption data from various platforms to help inform campaign targeting.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?
- Minimum 1 years' experience working in a media agency.
- Understanding of key digital platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Familiarity with offline channels (print, radio, TV, OOH) and how they work in isolation as well as within an integrated media plan.
- Able to pull and interpret reports and data to form actionable insights.
- Nielsen Commspoint and CMV experience are highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Campaign Manager and knowing how to traffic tags (click tags, impression tags & VAST tags) is highly advantageous.
- Experience loading media schedules within Media Ocean’s SMD system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
