Independent media agency Hatched has announced the appointment of Louise Noble, who joins Hatched Melbourne as client partner.
The newly created role sees Noble join the agency to lead APT Travel Group following Hatched’s appointment to manage the business in July, the result of a competitive pitch.
Noble will head up the newly formed account team built around APT Travel Group, which includes the brands APT Luxury Travel, Travelmarvel, Captain’s Choice, Botanica, Antarctica Flights and TravelGlo. Additionally, Noble will oversee The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a Hatched client since July 2024.
Noble has more than 25 years of agency experience, having worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands, including L’Oreal, Mondelez and Miele. Most recently, she was client services director at Carat.
Moving from holding company to indie agency for the first time, Noble brings experience in managing both large global clients as well as smaller local clients.
She also has a passion for growing and developing talent, as evidenced by her involvement with the MFA. As an agency representative, she has helped to deliver the MFA leadership program as well as championing MFA foundations training.

Noble’s appointment, and the addition of APT Travel Group to the Hatched client roster, continue the agency’s growth trajectory.
