The Silent Exit: 2024 Survey Results


AIC and the Experience Advocacy Taskforce surveyed 130 advertising professionals who had voluntarily or involuntarily exited a media agency, media owner or creative agency. The results, detailed in The Silent Exit report, are a wake-up call for our industry. Ageism, involuntary exits, and negative perceptions of over 40-year-old workers create a void of talent, experience, and knowledge transfer.
