NOVA Entertainment has announced the appointment of Ashley Earnshaw as its new Group Commercial Director, a role created to strengthen the company’s commercial leadership.
Earnshaw brings over two decades of media experience, most recently serving as Director of Sales – Total Audio at Nine. He has also held senior roles at Foxtel Media, Dentsu, Carat Australia, and Essence MediaCom.
Reporting to NOVA Entertainment’s Chief Commercial Officer, Nicole Bence, Earnshaw will lead agency teams in Sydney and Melbourne and contribute to strategic initiatives across all markets. The role carries national oversight of the broader sales team and supports NOVA’s All-of-Audio transformation strategy.
“Ashley’s appointment presents an exciting opportunity to lead our All-of-Audio transformation agenda,” said Bence. “This role is a pivotal addition to the team that will ensure we meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
Earnshaw’s remit includes driving the growth of NOVA’s digital audio capabilities and aligning advertiser access with the company’s expanding product and service offerings.
Commenting on his appointment, Earnshaw said, “Nova is home to some of Australia’s most loved audio brands, with a clear and ambitious vision for the future. The audio industry is at a dynamic inflection point, driven by compelling content, innovation and accelerating digital growth.”
He added, “I’m excited to work under Nicole’s leadership, form part of the commercial strategic direction and lead the agency teams in our largest markets.”
