This role sits within Owned Media, part of the digital performance collective at Mindshare, which specialises in providing services across Search Engine Optimisation, Integrated Search and Social Listening as some of its key workstreams. It is responsible for delivering all Owned Media services through technology, processes, AI and channel best practice to deliver organic performance for Mindshare clients. This is a national team with expertise across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and a diverse client base, with Automotive, Finance, Health and Ecommerce.

As our Implementation & Activation Associate Director - Performance, this role spans the full spectrum of implementation, activation, and delivery. You provide leadership to activation staff, drawing on your expertise to coach, teach, and support them in delivering for our clients to a consistently high standard. You also collaborate with clients to produce successful implementation plans that drive real business change.
