What you'll be up to:

The Trading Executive supports Trading and Sales teams by managing ad inventory, maintaining accurate contracts, and ensuring reliable data. The role helps drive revenue by enabling smooth contract processing, preserving data integrity, and assisting with reporting and operations. In addition you will also:

• Create sales proposals in Fusion using approved assets and formats.
• Raise contracts, hold inventory for bookings, and manage contract variations.
• Review and store signed contracts to meet audit and finance requirements.
• Set up new clients and agencies in line with system protocols.
• Track and report on inventory occupancy and maintain the asset database.
• Support onboarding of new sites and manage offline asset processes.
• Assist with special campaign packaging and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide administrative support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in admin, coordination, sales support, or operations roles.
• Familiarity with CRM or inventory systems (e.g. Fusion) is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to interpret contracts, follow processes, and handle data/reporting.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Collaborative, communicative, and responsive to feedback.
• Accountable, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates business awareness, integrity, and a positive, inclusive mindset.
