業務内容 検索のあり方が、いま大きく変わろうとしています。ユーザーは Google の AI Overviews / AI Mode、そして ChatGPT・Claude・Gemini といった「質問に答えを返してくれるAI（アンサーエンジン）」を活用し、情報収集・比較検討・意思決定を行うようになってきました。

Technical SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager は、マーケティング統括本部に所属し、この変化のなかで セールスフォース・ジャパンのコンテンツが「見つけられ・理解され・信頼され・選ばれる」状態をつくることをミッションとします。

主なミッションは、サイト構造・戦略的な内部リンク設計・クローラビリティ・インデックス・構造化データ・ページ品質、そして検索エンジンとAIに対するコンテンツの可読性までを技術的に底上げし、AEO（Answer Engine Optimization＝アンサーエンジン最適化）戦略を前進させることで、AI検索時代におけるオーガニックグロースを実現することです。

具体的には、以下の領域を担当いただきます。

• AEO（アンサーエンジン最適化）の枠組みを構築する
• テクニカルSEOをリードする
• データに基づく実験を推進する
• AIでSEOオペレーションをスケールさせる

必要なスキル・経験 SEO / テクニカルSEO / Webグロース / Web分析のいずれかで 4年以上 の経験

勤務地・就労条件 本ポジションは 日本を拠点 とし、日本での就労資格を有する方 が対象です。
