Job Description:

The Senior Manager Strategic Marketing, WCH partners with platform and priority market leaders to support clarity, consistency, and execution of brand strategy in key growth geographies. The role helps connect global brand strategy with priority market needs, enabling strong brand presence, coherence, and aligned market execution across MedTech Surgery platform portfolios. This role focuses on supporting priority market needs and brand stewardship—helping markets execute strategic priorities while respecting and communicating local context and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven success in regional, country-level, or downstream marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute within cross-functional, matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with hospital systems, clinical stakeholders, or medical technology.
  • Strong working knowledge of market analytics, brand execution, pricing, and customer insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic, regional, or downstream marketing within medical devices or healthcare.
  • 2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience leading projects, agencies, or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience launching and growing surgical products within local markets.
  • Strong experience adapting global strategies to regional execution.
  • Experience with the Wound Closure and Healing portfolio is a strong plus.
