Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end governance of content agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational excellence
- Establish and implement standardized KPIs (e.g., quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, compliance), in alignment with global agency scorecards
- Drive agency consolidation and vendor optimization, in line with global agency framework and local needs
- Monitor agency performance and lead regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Procurement, BU Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure effective cross-functional alignment
- Explore and assess agency capabilities in GenAI/AIGC use cases across content creation, optimization, and localization
- Identify capability gaps and upskill or onboard agencies to build future-ready AI-enabled content capabilities
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to pilot, scale, and embed GenAI capabilities into business workflows
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content operations, marketing excellence, or digital transformation, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Experience in agency management and governance, including performance management and vendor optimization is preferred
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle processes, regulatory/compliance requirements, and cross-functional workflows
- Experience to GenAI / AI-driven content solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives with measurable impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
