Spare Parts Sales Coordinator
About the Role
Based in our head office in Belrose or our Wetherill Park location. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days office, 2 days WFH, Mon-Fri Become a parts detective in a welcoming team, solve problems, find solutions. Enter into a growing business in an exciting industry.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Key responsibilities include Working with customers and technicians to identify parts, provide information, raise quotations and deliver sales and aftersales support.
- Driving spare parts sale with effective and focused customer service orders
- Ensuring parts supply and delivery targets are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
About You…
Are you ! What We Are Looking For The successful applicant will have:
- A passion for customer service and aftersales support
- Pride in their work and reputation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS Excel and confidence in CRM and MRP software
- A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised and also work within a team when required
- Previous experience in with spare parts is not essential, but a desire to learn about our business and our products is.
