About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our company’s social media accounts and ad campaigns across various social platforms. This role will involve developing content strategies, managing community engagement, and expanding our presence in local social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Thailand social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, publish, and manage content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LINE groups, X (Twitter), etc.
- Localise content for Thai language, culture, and current trends to maximise relevance and engagement.
- Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality, platform-appropriate creatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research; identify content opportunities and optimisation actions.
- Manage and moderate communities, responding to comments/messages to strengthen relationships and engagement.
- Support local campaigns and reporting, and assist with basic paid social setup/boosting/optimisation when required.
Expertise in developing and executing social media content strategies.
Strong skills in competitor research and analysis, with the ability to provide detailed reports.
Experience managing social media ads on Meta, TikTok, and Twitter platforms.
Proven experience in managing online communities, such as Telegram groups, with a focus on user engagement.
Ability to expand and manage local social media channels to increase brand visibility in regional markets.
Collaboration skills with local sales teams to drive engagement and sales within social media communities.
Fluency in English and Thai, with the ability to translate and localize content for specific markets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech or Financial Services industry.
- Experience collaborating with KOLs or influencers.
- Familiarity with social media campaign planning and viral content formats.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising is a plus.
