We are currently seeking a creative and organised Marketing & Social Media
Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, social media, PR and media
initiatives across our portfolio of brands.
This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, engagement and
commercial outcomes through the coordination of content creation, social media
management, influencer partnerships, media relations and campaign execution.
Working closely with internal teams, agencies, media partners and influencers,
you'll help bring campaigns to life across digital, retail and brand channels.
A day in the life:
* Manage and execute social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
* Create, schedule and publish engaging content, including video, imagery and
copy.
* Coordinate influencer, PR and media campaigns, including product gifting,
media outreach and press materials.
* Support the planning and delivery of product launches, promotional campaigns
and brand initiatives.
* Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, events and content production.
* Monitor campaign performance, social engagement, media coverage and industry
trends, providing insights and recommendations.
* Produce regular social media, PR and campaign performance reports.
* Maintain marketing calendars, campaign assets, invoices, purchase orders and
related administration.
* Collaborate with Brand, eCommerce and Retail teams to ensure a consistent
brand experience across all touchpoints.
* No two days are the same.
About You:
Experience in social media marketing, content creation and campaign
coordination.
* Excellent written communication
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, digital
marketing trends and the overall media landscape.
* Experience managing content planning, scheduling, community engagement and
campaign performance reporting.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
* Strong content creation skills across video, image and written formats.
* Experience using Meta Business Manager, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other
social platforms.
* Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later,
Sprout Social or similar.
* Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content
creation tools.
* Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred but not essential:
* Excellent copywriting skills, and or an ability to hone your copywriting
skills.
* Experience in a PR, media or agency environment.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and emerging digital marketing trends.
* Experience with media monitoring platforms such as Meltwater.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Little
Red Book).
