Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executes the go-to-market approach for assigned portfolios of products, solutions, and services, meticulously analyzing market trends and customer insights to ensure precise alignment with market business and overall marketing strategy.
  • Ensures seamless execution of new product introductions and launches, providing comprehensive support to the business marketing team in business marketing processes and maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines.
  • Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, providing expertise and support as the primary contact, ensuring that strategic annual marketing plans are not only well-integrated but also adapted to regional nuances and customer needs.
  • Provides strategic insights into annual marketing plans, conducts thorough competitive analyses and developing highly tailored value propositions that resonate deeply with targeted audiences and effectively address their pain points.
  • Constructs the business plans based on strategic plan of record & annual operating plan targets, fostering collaborative relationships with regional zones and global business units teams to identify and leverage key enablers for market success.
  • Adapts the marketing cadence and meticulously manages new product introduction processes across regions, ensuring flawless execution and synchronized strategy implementation that drives optimal market launch outcomes.
  • Optimizes global assets and content for sales in marketing operations, ensuring seamless alignment with local customer/audience/personas journeys and driving effective campaign and program outcomes.
  • Develops and implements sophisticated portfolio positioning strategies tailored to the customer decision journey, leveraging deep insights to refine sales strategies and enhance portfolio competitiveness across diverse market segments.
  • Creates and implements comprehensive omni-channel experiences and detailed shopper journeys for prioritized channels, integrating media strategies to maximize impact.
  • Analyzes comprehensive category analytics and consumer insights to proactively drive continuous performance enhancement, identifying and addressing critical knowledge gaps to optimize consumer engagement and foster robust stakeholder collaboration.

Minimum required Education: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Digital Marketing, Event Planning /Management, Thought Leader Engagement, Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
Preferred Certification: LEAN Six Sigma (Basic) or equivalent
