What you'll do
As Senior Product Manager - Everyday Rewards, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for our Everyday Rewards media proposition, partner with the Everyday Rewards program team to align and execute the roadmap, and support the Cartology Sales team to land our proposition in market, launch new products and achieve revenue targets for the channel.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Product innovation and commercialisation
- Define and execute the short and long-term product strategy for Everyday Rewards media, focusing on revenue growth through new products and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and deliver the product roadmap, including prioritized initiatives, accountabilities, and timelines, while building business cases for new product launches.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Loyalty and media markets to identify new opportunities and potential threats for the Everyday Rewards media proposition.
Revenue management & client facing role
- Take ownership of Everyday Rewards channel revenue, collaborating closely with sales teams to develop a robust sales pipeline, identify key client targets, promote the Everyday Rewards proposition in client engagements and lead bespoke sales initiatives to boost revenue
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, provide thought leadership, and create sales collateral and training to support revenue growth and product knowledge.
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years of experience in digital advertising and data, with a focus on launching and scaling digital media products.
- Strong understanding and experience in product management, project management, and go-to-market workflows.
- Ability to understand and support client brand objectives with exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven commercial experience with a track record of driving revenue and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; experience in the Loyalty industry is a plus.
