Digital Marketing Manager Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Term: 12-month maternity leave contract
Location: Sydney or Brisbane

Position Overview:

Support the execution of the digital strategy for Cushman & Wakefield for Australia and New Zealand including support on website development, content management, social media, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy that supports the Cushman & Wakefield business priorities and APAC digital roadmap
  • Develop Social media strategy that enhances Cushman & Wakefield’s brand nationally creating a deeper engagement with clients and prospects
  • Maintain Cushman & Wakefield website, working with global digital experts to continue to refresh and refine and complete regular content audits and updates.
  • Ensure SEO is maintained and leverage SEM opportunities to drive further visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage detailed reporting on all digital marketing activity, providing analysis to the business and marketing teams on campaign effectiveness and make suggestions based on analytics
  • Support PropertyOne system to ensure listings and property marketing details is accurate
  • Bring our brand positioning to life through digital mediums
  • Implement robust content marketing strategies to amplify and maximise key research outputs
  • Undertake digital and social media training across the business to improve brand visibility across Australia & New Zealand
  • Manage electronic direct mail campaigns; approve business campaigns prior to sending, work with the teams on best practice, ongoing template development, manage sends and ROI analysis as needed, and oversee the eDM component of all corporate marketing campaigns (event invites, post event communications, internal communications etc.)
  • Lead Canva uptake and ensure Cushman & Wakefield are at the forefront of maximizing new developments/AI via the platform.
  • Improve efficiency through digital ecosystem whilst sharing/training the team

Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years marketing experience in end-to-end digital marketing and digital operations in a business environment; property, financial services or professional services/consulting firm preferred
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Customer focused with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive work style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Salesforce Cloud, Sitecore, Canva and CRM skills would be preferred
