What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Creative & Digital, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, brand‑led creative across packaging, print, digital and retail touchpoints.
This is a hands‑on role for a designer who loves the craft — from concept through to print‑ready perfection — while also acting as a brand guardian across a diverse portfolio.
You’ll balance creativity with precision, pace and collaboration.

  • Packaging & print excellence: Design and deliver high‑quality, print‑ready FMCG packaging that meets technical and brand standards.
  • In‑store & campaign design: Create standout retail and campaign assets that support product launches and drive shelf impact.
  • Brand guardianship: Champion brand guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail across all executions.
  • Digital & content assets: Produce engaging digital and content assets across platforms, presentations and publications.
  • Project & workflow management: Manage multiple briefs concurrently while partnering with Marketing and NPD to deliver on time and on brief.

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in FMCG packaging, retail or brand design
  • Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a bonus)
  • Deep knowledge of print production and artwork setup
  • Excellent attention to detail and file accuracy
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality
  • A collaborative, solution‑focused mindset
