Role Summary

The Senior Digital Strategist leads change management, stakeholder engagement, digital enablement, and knowledge management across an assigned product portfolio. The role accelerates awareness, adoption, and measurable outcomes through coordinated communications, capability building, and sustained community support, while ensuring product information is organized, consistent, and accessible. Working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and partners, the strategist aligns priorities, prepares the organization for change, and sustains business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management and Communications
Partner with Product Owners to plan and execute change communications and engagement (stakeholder mapping, messaging, channels, timelines) aligned to product releases. Collaborate with Product Owners and the design team to develop communication materials that deliver consistent messaging aligned with product strategy. Coordinate go‑live readiness and release communications with Product Owners (cutover plans, user communications and training sessions, post‑launch feedback loops). Coordinate launch strategy and messaging across products and channels to maximize adoption and avoid over‑communication. Provide internal product marketing support by planning and running awareness campaigns across channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, and in‑person/virtual sessions) to showcase outcomes.
  • Digital Enablement
Define and develop an organization‑wide digital capability framework and roadmap, prioritizing topics and audiences (e.g., core digital literacy, low‑code/automation, Digital EPCI, AI). Deliver role‑based learning at scale with HR/L&D and vendors (tiered curricula, certifications, hands‑on labs). Design and run enablement programs and flagship events (champions network, training plans, playbooks, onboarding guides, FAQs; e.g., Digital Innovation Day/Digital Summit) to embed digital/AI into daily work. Measure outcomes and iterate by tracking enrollments, completions, adoption, and feedback.
  • Knowledge Management
Manage and improve product documentation standards (PRD, BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability) across SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Maintain a central source of truth for product artifacts, including versioning, approvals, and audit‑ready evidence for compliance, data privacy, and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital strategy and planning, consulting, digital program/project management or digital change management, with exposure to knowledge management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Hands-on approach: able to create communication materials, SharePoint pages, and engagement channels.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, change communication, adoption programs, and KPI definition/tracking.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills; able to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Preferred Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO).
  • Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements in digital delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC, DevOps, and product lifecycle practices.
  • Strong interest in modern digital development, emerging technologies, and trends in the oil and gas domain.
