Job Summary

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will have an obsessive attention to detail that dots all the i's and crosses all the t’s, but rest assured most days at Belong will not look the same! You will be part of a mission and be working alongside other producers in the Content Experience and managing the inflow of the digital requests and coordinating with relevant functional teams by delivering exceptional quality control and maintaining a high working standard. You will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and supporting the build our web content, contributing to the development of our website at an impeccably high standard using expertise in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. This will be paired with a strong understanding of web and customer experience analytics, as well as the design and development of our CMS (Content Management System), HTML/CSS, Information Architecture, SEO, site structure, individual page design, experimentation and content creation. As a senior specialist, you will be accountable for initial triage, classification, and assignment of incidents and requests to appropriate teams or individuals for resolution. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate triage, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and continuously improving the triage process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Contentful/CMS implementation and production‑ready delivery strategy, ensuring consistent quality across all digital platforms.
  • Act as a senior advisor on content authoring, governance, CMS principles and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Content Experience team, engineering, experience design, product, and marketing squads to deliver on the strategic customer and digital experience vision.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and product teams to improve onsite experiences, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage digital content from draft review through to publishing for BAU uplifts, features, outages and incident support.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into customer focused, accessible digital solutions.
  • Own website content management and optimisation and maintain documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment to customer journeys.
  • Build and refine data structures/content models in collaboration with engineering and design teams to ensure adherence to digital standards.

To be successful in the role you'll have:

  • Demonstrated professional experience in digital content publishing in a corporate, business or agency setting
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of digital disciplines, from ideation, design to development
  • Challenge the norm with confident and assertive communication skills to influence and build relationships
  • Effectively able to manage changes to scope, budget and timeline
  • Strong project management and administration skills
  • Knowledge of the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 accessibility standards
  • Exposure to or experience with Design Systems and regard for implementation of visual identity of brand guidelines
  • Demonstrated experience in complex cross functional environments and a hands-on approach to defining a strategy and designing processes to ensure accountability and quality
  • Ability to brief relevant supporting functions, such as Content Writers and Designers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong editorial judgement
  • Experience with Contentful would be advantageous
  • Strong SEO and experimentation understanding
