Job Description:

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Producer to join our dynamic Studio & Production team. This is a key role for someone who loves bringing creative ideas to life through seamless execution — balancing craft, collaboration, and commercial savvy.

As a Senior Digital Producer, you’ll take ownership of digital production across campaigns, content, and platforms — from EDMs and social to HTML5 display, websites, and integrated brand experiences. You’ll be the bridge between creativity and delivery, ensuring every project runs smoothly, meets the brief, and inspires confidence at every stage.

About the Role

  • Support digital production from concept to delivery across a mix of clients and media
  • Translate creative ideas and briefs into clear, actionable production plans
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple, concurrent projects

Oversee and QA the delivery of:

  • HTML5 and rich media banners
  • EDMs, landing pages, and microsites
  • Social content (static, carousel, video)
  • OOH and print materials (as required)
  • Collaborate with internal teams — creative, design, tech, and client service — to ensure every project is delivered on time, on spec, and on brand
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise and proactively find solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Mentor and guide junior producers, fostering growth and best practice within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital production or a creative studio environment
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-channel digital projects end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of digital formats, platforms, and production workflows
  • Sharp organisational skills and flawless attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, clarity, and accountability
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset and genuine passion for delivering exceptional digital work

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up
  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change
  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way
  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University
