Job Description : Job summary
The (Senior) Digital Executive is responsible for the state of the agency’s relationship and performance with assigned clients. S/He ensures that all recommendations drive our clients’ business whilst generating a strong commercial return. S/He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop media campaign approach that align with the broader communication plan.
• Leverage expertise in Vietnam’s media landscape and digital channels to create effective solutions.
• Plan and allocate budgets for quarterly and annual media initiatives.
• Drive strategic and tactical innovation across digital platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social, and programmatic.
• Oversee campaign execution, collaborating with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize measurement systems to assess ROI and track performance against KPIs.
• Analyze project outcomes to refine future strategies.
• Manage financial processes, including client setup and invoicing.
• Take full ownership of ad campaign execution, performance tracking and reporting.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality client service and meeting deadlines.
• Continuously update industry knowledge and foster strong relationships with publishers and vendors.

Requirements

• From 1-4 years of experience in digital/media execution, either at a media agency, in-house client team, or media owner.
• Media agency experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, brands, and consumer behavior in Vietnam.
• Good understanding of digital channels and ad platforms.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking and performing under high pressure.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and coordinate team members.
