About the role
This is a great opportunity to lead digital analytics and performance insight across some of the NSW Department of Education’s most important digital channels, including education.nsw.gov.au, school websites, campaigns, social media and enrolment-related journeys.
In this role, you will:
lead digital analytics, performance reporting and measurement across websites, campaigns, social media and other digital channels
analyse user behaviour, campaign performance and audience engagement to identify opportunities to improve digital services and communication outcomes
develop dashboards, reports and insights that help teams make evidence-based decisions
provide specialist advice on analytics implementation, tagging, measurement frameworks and performance optimisation
lead and mentor analytics staff, building capability and supporting high-quality delivery across the team

About you
Demonstrated experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics or performance reporting roles
Experience using digital analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools or similar platforms
Experience leading or mentoring staff and supporting capability development
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance for paid employment.
