About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Designer to join our team, working closely with the Creative and Production teams. This role requires someone with extensive experience in integrated advertising, including print, content, social, digital, and event-related concepts and executions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Excellence: Ensure the highest quality of deliverables for our clients, maintaining nimbleness and agility in delivery.
  • Hands-On Design: Think fast, act faster, and thrive at a tactical level to drive engagement and response.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Client Experience, and Studio Production teams to upskill and cross-train across multiple channels including print, outdoor, digital, motion, and social.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage creative output within various budget sizes, ensuring smart and effective solutions.
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire other craft talents within the team, playing an integral part in the agency workflow and final quality of output.

About You:

  • Creative Vision: Make our big ideas look great and highly polished.
  • Conceptual Mind: Develop key visuals for the agency's campaigns, challenging conventions to transform business delivery.
  • Multidisciplinary Expertise: No job is too challenging, and you're comfortable with both high-level key visuals and detailed tasks like PowerPoint presentations.
  • Team Player: Roll up your sleeves and get involved, demonstrating a strong portfolio of diverse integrated work.

Key Responsibilities and Qualities:

  • Detail-Oriented: Maintain a keen eye for detail across all areas of creative production.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure market readiness on time and on budget while maintaining quality.
  • Brief Interrogation: Ensure clarity and accuracy in briefs to match or exceed expectations.
  • Client Management: Handle client experience requirements, including timings, budgets, and needs.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback and propose better ways to work within the team and with other departments.
  • Craft Design: Strong understanding of craft design, print, packaging, social/digital asset production.
  • Resource Coordination: Liaise with the Group Resource Connector on resources, briefings, inputs/outputs, ensuring maximum efficiency across the resource pool.
  • Communication: Competent communicator who can manage within a team environment.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Promote new ways of working and collaboration.
  • Adaptation: Adapt to new formats available through media partners, requiring additional skills or technology.
  • Efficiency: Drive effectiveness and efficiency across production.
  • Awards: Help drive awards for design and craft work.

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in relevant positions.
  • Production Understanding: Strong understanding of print, digital, and motion (video/animation) production.
  • Creative Quality: Proven record of maintaining creative quality.
  • Portfolio: Outstanding portfolio demonstrating technical skill in all mediums.

Key Competencies:

  • Adobe Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Ability to self-start and work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills.
