Senior Content Writer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Content Writer with 8–10 years of experience in crafting compelling, business-focused, and creative content for technology or IT services organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, deep storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for both external and internal audiences.

You’ll play a key role in shaping Orion’s brand voice across marketing, sales, and thought leadership content — from white papers, blogs to multimedia storytelling and AI-powered content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Sales Content
  Develop high-impact long- and short-form content including RFX responses (RFPs, RFIs), sales presentations, website copy, blogs, white papers, and campaign materials.
  Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse client personas and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
  Apply a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content strategy to drive engagement and performance across channels.
  Support the development of video storyboards for corporate and social videos, demos, and interactive presentations.
• Creative Collaboration
  Partner with design, strategy, and business teams to ensure content alignment and consistency.
  Contribute to brainstorming sessions to shape messaging, tone of voice, and creative direction.
• AI-Driven Content Creation
  Leverage Generative AI tools to create personalized and scalable content efficiently.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or marketing communications.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven experience creating content for IT services, consulting, or digital transformation domains.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing content.
• Exposure to multimedia content (video scripts, interactive decks).
• Experience using Generative AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone across audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
