Acciona is delivering critical transmission infrastructure to support Victoria’s renewable energy future. We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications and Stakeholder Advisor stakeholder engagement activities, build strong community relationships, and help shape positive social outcomes across the project region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder and community engagement strategies aligned with project objectives
  • Lead consultation activities, capturing and integrating community feedback into project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landholders, communities, government and industry stakeholders
  • Represent the project at public meetings, events and regional forums
  • Provide strategic advice on stakeholder risks, emerging issues and community sentiment

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in communications, public relations, community engagement or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement or community relations (infrastructure experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholder groups including landowners and government
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

This is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.
