Senior Account Manager
Role Overview:The role is to turn problems into possibilities. By helping brands elevate beyond the products and services they sell, you will help clients harness their true competitive advantage. You’ll work with our creative, media, CX and data teams then use this clarity, combined with their expert and agile approach, to deliver compelling and sustainable growth for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage the relationship and marketing needs of our clients.
- Develop media strategies and media plans across both digital and traditional channels to achieve the client’s brief.
- Ensure signed off media plans are implemented correctly, optimised, and executed to drive a better result for the clients.
- Establish and grow a strong relationship with clients through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the application to business challenges.
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
- Lead Post Campaign Reports detailing value and optimisation points demonstrated throughout.
- Build and foster relationships with media suppliers where appropriate.
- Ensuring all clients billings, actual and invoiced are reconciled and match up to ensure no revenue is lost and conversely no wastage of clients expenditure.
- Monitor clients campaigns and recommend optimisations for the team to execute in consultation with clients to drive a better result.
- Provide deeper marketing analysis where required to help clients solve marketing challenges.
- Be able to implement campaigns across creative, digital and traditional media where required from setting up campaigns to ensuring campaigns are tagged correctly.
- Manage the clients budget effectively by keeping budget documentation up to date to ensure invoicing and deployment is accurate and opportunities achieved.
- Be affluent and knowledgeable across all media such as (but not limited to): Search, Programmatic, YouTube, Social, TV, Radio, OOH & Print
