We're relaunching our Salesforce Practice in Australia โ€” and weโ€™re looking for an exceptional Salesforce Practice Functional Director to help shape its future as the technology landscape continues to evolve at a rapidly changing pace.

 

As part of a leading digital agency, our current Salesforce team blends creativity, CX thinking, and technical excellence. We need a passionate, people-first leader to guide our functional consultants, elevate delivery quality, and drive real business outcomes for our clients.

 

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead and grow a team of Salesforce functional consultants across multiple clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Data).
  • Act as the strategic functional lead across key client engagements, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Salesforce executive team and internal stakeholders to define value propositions and go-to-market offerings.
  • Help shape recruitment, mentoring, and capability uplift strategies across the practice.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsโ€”and bring the best of our creative agency DNA into every engagement.

 

โ€‹What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce consultingโ€”ideally in a leadership or principal functional role.
  • Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, with deep knowledge of at least one (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
  • A passion for mentoring, coaching and uplifting teamsโ€”not just managing.
  • Strong client engagement skills, from pre-sales through delivery.
  • Salesforce certifications, from Associate to Administration levels.
