Sales Operations Executive

Drive workflows, system support, and commercial efficiency for our national sales team as Seven's new Sales Operations Executive! 

The Opportunity:   

As Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be the national sales team’s first point of contact for system and workflow queries. You’ll be safeguarding best practices of Phoenix and related applications, driving continuous workflow improvements, and supporting training, testing and documentation to maximise commercial efficiency and data integrity across Seven West Media’s portfolio. 

Based at our office in Eveleigh, Sydney, you will be responsible for:  

  • Providing first-line support and coaching teams on best practice use for tools like Phoenix, Salesforce, Tableau and associated tools across Broadcast and Digital. 
  • Designing and delivering training from onboarding new starters to running refresher workshops and keeping resources up to date. 
  • Mapping workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and driving process improvements for national adoption. 
  • Executing UAT and PVT testing, quality assurance, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. 
  • Collaborating across Sales, Commercial Inventory, Revenue Management, IT teams and working with vendors while contributing to reporting and continuous improvement projects. 

About You:  

You have a high level of initiative, problem solving, and organisational ability. You are agile, able to shift priorities on short notice, and have a keen eye for detail. You are a strong communicator that fosters collaboration to achieve shared goals that adhere to quality standards. 

You will have:   

  • Proven B2B sales experience. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of the broader media industry 
  • Demonstrated passion in striving for best practice outcomes.
