Sales & Marketing - Markets Sales - Team Lead, North China
As a sales lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key
investor client relationships, including day-to-day execution of all products
the team is responsible for distribution. You will need the ability to be fluent
and navigate in these products effectively among a broad range of Corporate
Clients along with idea generation and market insight. In addition, you will
bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in banking,
payment, trading, and research to provide comprehensive client coverage across
the platform.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- 8+ years of experience in Local corporate sales, Beijing client experience
will be preferred. - Developed and established relationships with corporate clients in the banking
franchise, provide market product service locally. - Strong team player that partners well with principals of the platform
including banking, payment, Trading and research - Experience managing a team will be preferred; ability to develop and mentor
junior talent - Critical thinker and driver of trade concepts and themes for corporate
clients - Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge esp FX and rates
derivatives, investment, and structured finance. - Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective
communication and presentation - The candidate needs to be able to deal confidently with people at all levels
in the organization - The individual should be self-motivated, with the drive and skill to seek out
new client opportunities and produce thoughtful trade ideas
