Salary Range: $800-$1200

Role Overview

  • Support business growth through sales pitching, lead engagement, marketing initiatives, and client relationship building.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and follow up with inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.
  • Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
  • Work closely with the Business Growth team to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Confident in presenting ideas, products, and services.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
